A bare front entry makes the whole home feel unfinished. We make your porch beautiful and the process easy.

Your front entry is the first thing people see and the last thing you pass every time you leave. Seasonal porch arrangements make that moment feel considered, and they change how your home looks from the street all year.

Most front yards are generic. Yours doesn't have to be.

Your home looks welcoming year-round

A well-designed seasonal arrangement signals that a home is cared for. Guests and neighbors notice. So do potential buyers. The front entry is the one spot on your property that everyone sees up close.

You pull in every day to something you love

Your porch is not just for guests. You see it every time you leave and every time you come home. An entry that feels intentional and beautiful adds to daily satisfaction with your home in a way that is easy to underestimate.

Done before the season starts

We handle all the timing. When fall arrives you are not scrambling to find decent pumpkins after the best ones are gone. When December hits, fresh greenery is already on your porch. You do not have to think about it.

Pull into your driveway. Love what you see.

Drag to compare. This is one spring installation on a Twin Cities front entry. No shopping, no hauling, no Saturday at the garden center. It is waiting for you when the season starts.

A different arrangement for every season

Each season has a distinct palette, mood, and set of materials. We design arrangements that feel intentional and appropriate. Never generic or holiday-store.

Spring
Fresh, cool-season color from April through June
Front porch with lush spring container plantings and colorful flowers
What we use
  • Cool-season bloomers: pansies, snapdragons, violas, bacopa
  • Trailing foliage: creeping Jenny, sweet alyssum, lobelia
  • Upright thrillers: ornamental grasses, dusty miller, salvia
  • Potted evergreen anchors for structure
  • Seasonal herbs in a dedicated container if desired
Spring installs go in as soon as the last frost risk has passed. We select cool-season varieties that perform at their best in May and June before summer heat arrives.
Summer
Heat-tolerant, full-season color from June through September
Front porch with vibrant summer container plantings in full bloom
What we use
  • Heat-tolerant bloomers: calibrachoa, petunias, zinnias, lantana
  • Trailing sweet potato vine, portulaca, and creeping Jenny
  • Tropicals for bold texture: coleus, caladium, elephant ear
  • Upright thrillers: canna lily, mandevilla, tall ornamental grasses
  • Drought-tolerant varieties selected for peak performance in July and August
Summer plants are chosen to thrive in Minnesota heat and humidity. Containers stay vibrant from planting day through the first cool nights of September without needing replacement mid-season.
Fall & Harvest
Warm, layered, and unmistakably autumn from September through November
Front porch with curated pumpkins, mums, and fall harvest arrangements
What we use
  • Mums in warm tones: burgundy, rust, gold, and deep orange
  • Curated pumpkins in mixed sizes: smooth, warty, white, and traditional orange
  • Decorative gourds and mini pumpkins for layering and texture
  • Dried corn, bittersweet, and natural harvest stems
  • Ornamental kale and cabbage for color that holds through frost
  • Hay bales or crates for elevated staging when appropriate
Fall arrangements are designed to look intentional, not random. Pumpkin selections are curated for variety, size progression, and color harmony. We stage pieces to create depth and visual interest rather than just placing items in a line along the steps.
Winter Greenery
Fresh, aromatic, and architectural from Thanksgiving through January
Front porch with fresh Christmas greenery, pine boughs, and natural winter arrangements
What we use
  • Fresh-cut mixed evergreen boughs: white pine, cedar, blue spruce, and noble fir
  • Natural berry branches: red twig dogwood, winterberry, and rosehips
  • Pinecones in varied sizes, wired or clustered into arrangements
  • Birch branches for structure and winter interest
  • Weatherproof ribbon in classic or refined colorways
  • Fresh wreaths for the door and garland for railings or columns
Fresh greenery stays vibrant through Minnesota winters and smells exceptional. We avoid artificial materials that cheapen the look. Arrangements are designed to last through the holiday season and can be composted or used as winter mulch after the holidays are over.

Design, sourcing, and installation. All done for you.

You do not need to shop, haul, or arrange anything. We handle every step from selection through installation.

  • On-site estimate to assess your porch dimensions, architecture, and existing containers
  • Custom plant and material selection based on your porch size, color palette, and style preferences
  • All sourcing from local nurseries and growers. We do the buying and hauling.
  • Container planting with premium potting mix and slow-release fertilizer incorporated
  • Full staging of all seasonal elements: pumpkins, greenery, arrangements, wreaths
  • Care instructions for watering and maintenance between visits
  • Teardown of the previous season's materials when the new season installation is scheduled
The Design Philosophy

Seasonal, not generic

Most seasonal porch displays fail because they look like they came from a big box store: identical orange pumpkins, identical mums in a row, identical red bows on garland. They are recognizable, which means they are forgettable.

We design arrangements with the same intentionality we bring to a landscape installation. Material choices, color relationships, scale, and layering are all considered. The result is a porch that looks like it was designed, not assembled from whatever was available on a Saturday morning.

We source from local growers when possible and prioritize natural materials over artificial ones. Your porch should smell like November or December, not like a storage unit.

1

Estimate and design

We visit your porch, assess the dimensions and architecture, discuss your style preferences and color palette, and confirm what containers you have available or need us to source.

2

We source everything

We select and purchase all materials (plants, pumpkins, greenery, accents) from our nursery and grower network. You do not shop, haul, or sort through what is left on the shelves.

3

Installation day

We plant, arrange, and stage everything in a single visit. When we leave, your porch is complete and ready. We clean up all packaging and material scraps before we go.

Porch design FAQ

Do I need to provide containers, or do you supply them?
Both options work. If you have containers you love, we design within them. If you need containers, we can source and include them in the project, typically planters in materials and sizes appropriate for your porch architecture. Sourced containers are priced into the project cost and disclosed upfront. Many clients start with us supplying containers and then keep them season after season.
How long do spring and summer arrangements last?
Spring arrangements are designed for the cooler part of the season, typically from April or May into early summer depending on weather. Summer arrangements are then refreshed with heat-tolerant plantings that carry the porch through the hottest months and into September. Both need regular watering, and we give clear care instructions so they keep performing between visits.
When do you typically install fall and winter arrangements?
Fall arrangements go in around mid to late September, after summer heat has passed but while mums are still at their best. Winter greenery installations typically happen the week of Thanksgiving or the first week of December, when fresh-cut greens are most readily available. We schedule clients in sequence, so booking early ensures you get your preferred timing window.
Can you do all four seasons in a recurring arrangement?
Yes, and many clients do exactly this. Booking all four seasons upfront secures your installation dates across the year and allows us to design each season with the others in mind so there is real cohesion in how your entry evolves throughout the year. We offer a subscription discount for clients who commit to the full annual plan. Ask about it during your estimate.
Do fall pumpkins include carving pumpkins?
We focus on decorative pumpkins rather than carving pumpkins. Varieties are selected for interesting form, texture, and color that hold up well through November. If you want a few standard carving pumpkins included in the display, we can accommodate that, but the design emphasis is on curated varieties that look intentional rather than a collection of identical orange globes.
