Front yard care, handled for you, season after season after season.

RoostPop maintenance plans keep your front beds, shrubs, and entry planting sharp, healthy, and well cared for with scheduled visits, professional upkeep, and nothing for you to remember.

Why Maintenance Matters

A finished front yard only stays finished if someone is maintaining it.

Without care, shrubs overgrow, mulch fades, bed lines soften, and the planted areas at the front of the home slowly start to feel less polished.

With the right maintenance, your front beds and shrubs stay clean, balanced, and intentional season after season, without becoming another thing on your to-do list.

Without maintenance
The finished look slowly starts to slip.

Even well-designed landscaping needs seasonal attention. Without it, the design intent erodes slowly at first, then obviously.

  • Shrubs overgrow their intended form and start to look overpowering or ragged
  • Mulch fades and compacts, and beds start to look bare and unfinished
  • Bed edges blur as grass encroaches and the defined lines soften into vagueness
  • Plants stress and decline, and the composition starts to feel patchy
  • The yard reads as neglected, not designed, and your home's curb appeal erodes with it
With a maintenance plan
The finished look stays and compounds.

Properly maintained landscaping improves with age. The plants fill in. The design intent stays clear. The home keeps looking like someone cares about it.

  • Shrubs are shaped at the right time in the season, staying in proportion as they mature
  • Fresh mulch keeps beds clean and the home looking polished from the street
  • Bed edges are reset each spring, so the clean line between lawn and bed stays sharp
  • Plants receive seasonal fertilization and are checked for early signs of stress or disease
  • The yard consistently reads as maintained and designed, compounding its value to your home

Why homeowners stay on a RoostPop plan.

A better front yard is not just about installation. It takes ongoing bed and shrub care to keep it from drifting back toward generic.

01
Nothing to remember.

We show up on schedule. No reminders. No seasonal guesswork. No chasing down contractors. The answer to "when should I deal with the front beds and shrubs?" is always "someone already did." A maintenance plan removes an entire category of home upkeep from your mental list, permanently.

02
Your home keeps looking finished.

The front yard stays clean, balanced, and intentional instead of slowly slipping backward. The design stays clear. The curb appeal holds. Your home consistently reads as well-maintained from the street, the same way it looked the week after installation, only better as the planting fills in.

03
Your investment keeps working.

Maintenance protects curb appeal, preserves design intent, and supports long-term home value. Landscape maintenance returns 104% of its cost at resale (NAR/NALP, 2023), meaning the money you spend keeping the yard sharp comes back when you sell. It's one of the few home expenditures that genuinely pays for itself.

Front-yard care that keeps the home looking finished.

RoostPop maintenance plans focus on the ornamental beds, shrubs, perennials, and front-yard structure that shape your home's curb appeal, not lawn mowing. Care plans are priced by property size at consultation.

Pricing ranges reflect small to large properties. Exact scope and price confirmed at walkthrough.

* Price is determined by total square footage of ornamental beds, plant density, and access conditions.

Need a reset before committing to a full plan?

We also offer select one-time front-yard services for existing customers or homeowners who want help with a specific seasonal need before moving into ongoing care.

Questions about maintenance plans.

Do I need to be home during a maintenance visit?

No. We work independently and do not need access to the interior of your home. We do ask that gates to any fenced areas be unlocked if they are part of the front yard scope. After each visit, we leave a brief summary of what was done and any plant health notes we observed.

Do you maintain front yards you did not install?

Yes. Maintenance is its own service line, and we work with homeowners whether RoostPop installed the yard or not. At the walkthrough, we assess the current condition of the front yard, confirm what is worth preserving, and recommend either ongoing care right away or a one-time reset visit before the plan begins.

Does my one-year plant guarantee still apply if I'm on a maintenance plan?

Yes. Our one-year plant guarantee covers plants that don't survive their first year regardless of whether you're on a maintenance plan. In practice, plants on a maintained yard almost always establish more successfully because they receive professional health monitoring throughout the establishment period, so the guarantee rarely needs to be used.

What if my front yard needs work before it is ready for recurring maintenance?

That is common, especially when a yard has gone a season or two without professional care. In those cases, we may recommend starting with a one-time spring cleanup, pruning visit, mulch refresh, plant replacement, or fall prep so the front yard is reset properly before recurring visits begin. The goal is not to force a plan before the yard is ready. The goal is to get the home looking finished again and then keep it there.

What if something looks wrong with a plant between scheduled visits?

Send us a photo and we will assess it. Many mid-season concerns are a watering issue, weather stress, or a timing question we can help diagnose remotely. If a plant has failed or a key area now looks sparse, we can recommend plant replacement or the right one-time service and get it on the calendar before your next scheduled visit.

Keep the front of your home looking the way it should.

We'll help you choose the right front-yard care plan for your home, whether we built the yard or you are bringing us in to maintain it.
