Fall Property Care starts at $1,495 and may include fall lawn assessment, core aeration, fall fertilization, garden-bed cleanup, perennial cutbacks, removal of spent seasonal material, leaf and debris cleanup, and a final seasonal property review.

Can the fall work happen across more than one visit?

Sometimes. Fall timing depends on weather, leaf load, turf work, and when the beds are ready for closeout. We do not promise a fixed number of visits until the property has been reviewed.
