Give your yard a better start and a cleaner close.

Spring and fall care clean up what you can see, but the bigger job is setting up the lawn, beds, edges, and plants so your property doesn't start every season behind.

A cared-for residential property with clean lawn and planted areas in the west metro Twin Cities

Seasonal care does more than clean up the yard.

Spring gets your yard ready to grow. Fall gets it ready to return. Both windows matter because the work you do there shows up in the lawn and beds months later.

Do you offer one-time spring or fall seasonal care?

Yes. Spring Property Care and Fall Property Care are available as premium one-time seasonal services. Annual Lawn and Garden customers already receive the seasonal care included in their annual plan.

What is included in Spring Property Care?

Spring Property Care starts at $995 and may include winter debris removal, lawn cleanup, spring fertilization, dethatching, garden-bed cleanup, remaining perennial or grass cutbacks, light winter-damage cleanup, bed-edge cleanup where included, debris removal, and a property-wide review. The walkthrough determines the actual scope.

What is included in Fall Property Care?

Fall Property Care starts at $1,495 and may include fall lawn assessment, core aeration, fall fertilization, garden-bed cleanup, perennial cutbacks, removal of spent seasonal material, leaf and debris cleanup, and a final seasonal property review.

Can the fall work happen across more than one visit?

Sometimes. Fall timing depends on weather, leaf load, turf work, and when the beds are ready for closeout. We do not promise a fixed number of visits until the property has been reviewed.

We keep your lawn, garden beds, and porch looking beautiful all season so your whole property feels more like the home you want it to be.
